Transfer of Business to Limited Company Structure

11 June 2018

Aspire Business Partnership LLP (“Aspire”) is approaching its 10th Anniversary. We have taken the decision to restructure our business in order to be better placed to recognise the achievements of our staff and enable us to plan for the future.

Accordingly, Aspire will cease to trade on 30th June 2018. The limited company will commence trading on 1st July 2018 using the trading name Aspire Business Partnership.

New engagement terms will be issued to those clients with whom Aspire has a current engagement, including retained arrangements. If we do not have a current engagement with you, this is merely for information purposes.

Should you have any questions regarding this change, please do not hesitate to call Alan or Debra who will become directors of the new company.
