Jess joined Aspire in 2020 after returning to Bromsgrove after finishing her Law degree at the University of Gloucestershire, during which she had a particular interest in Employment law and Company law where she covered various topics including employment status, employment relationships, corporate governance issues such as directors duties and the framework of both the employment and company law systems in the UK.

Jess has a background in administration, supporting a Payroll and HR department which has given her experience of compliance and practical problem solving. Jess has also gained valuable customer service experience running her own beauty business for a short while and working front of house for a number of years where she received regular recognition for her customer care skills.

By joining Aspire Jess will be able to apply her previous experience along with the knowledge from her degree in order to support the technical team and develop her understanding of all things tax and employment law.
