Jess joined Aspire in 2020 after returning to Bromsgrove after finishing her Law degree at the University of Gloucestershire, during which she had a particular interest in Employment law and Company law.

Jess has a background in administration, supporting a Payroll and HR department which has allowed her to develop her organisation skills and accuracy. Jess has also gained valuable customer service experience working front of house for a number of years where she received regular recognition for her customer care skills.

By joining Aspire Jess will be able to apply her previous experience along with the knowledge from her degree in order to support the technical team and develop her understanding of all things tax and employment law.

When not working you’ll find Jess either at the stables or enjoying a cocktail or two.
