Off-payroll working in the private sector consultation

Government has asked for views on how to tackle off-payroll compliance challenges in the private sector. The consultation asks whether the highly controversial reforms made in the public sector from April 6th 2017 would be appropriate for the private sector.

The deadline for submitting consultation responses is August 10th 2018.
