27.06.13 Private Members Bill Seeks to End Zero Hours Contracts

On Tuesday Andy Sawford, MP for Corby and East Northamptonshire, presented the Zero Hours Contracts Private Members Bill to Parliament.  The bill seeks to prohibit the use of zero hours employment contracts. 

This is the first reading of the bill and, therefore, full details are not yet available.  These should be released prior to the second reading and debate scheduled for the 24th January 2014.
