Government has announced a new consultation which looks at options to enhance the role of Companies House and increase the transparency of UK corporate entities.
- Changes being considered to avoid exploitation of UK corporate entities
- Enhanced ID verification considerations for directors and shareholders
- Aim to stamp out facilitation of economic crime and money laundering through UK companies
- Consultation open until 5th August 2019
